SCAM ALERT!

Scam Alert! We have received a report of a scam involving Penn Lines. It seems a cooperative member at another Pennsylvania cooperative received two calls offering a "$25 rebate" on their Penn Lines subscription. The member realized it was a scam and hung up. We assume that the next step would have been to request the member's banking information so the rebate could be deposited into their account. Please be aware and alert! Call the office if you notice any suspicious co-op related activity, dealing either with phone scams, cyber activity, or with our substations, poles and wires. If something seems out of place, or too good to be true, it most likely is too good to be true.
